September 2015 Mindful Writer's Retreat

Ever wonder what it would be like to retreat to a tiny cabin-like spot in the woods and do nothing but write and meditate for a few days?

The mindful writers group in the Pittsburgh Area has created a wonderful bi-yearly event for aspiring and seasoned authors!

Goals accomplished:

- Mind/body relaxation through mindful meditation
- The completion of 11,000 uninterrupted words
- Meeting other awesome writers
- The consumption of unlimited coffee
